That contract is not a means for guaranteed employment. If your head hasn't been in the sand you should have noticed the company can and has done whatever they want. This company will continue to die with Randouche at the helm.
Call center job in the US is a dead end. Everything will go to countries with lower pay. Your union contract is worthless.
