AT&T is THE worst place to work. DSL pretty much made AT&T what it is today. SBC is the core of AT&T and took DSL cashflow and bought out cingular and all the rest of baby bells and at&t etc. Now at the end of DSLs life, the thanks DSL workers get, especially NCTs, is surplused, instead of being allowed to work on GPON or other networks. CWA 6300 is complicit in all of this as well.
DSL makes no money. If they were sitting around a CO making jumper connections and didn't see the writing on the wall...
Sorry that she lost her job, but what does her having 4kids have to do with it. I'm sure anybody that gets laid off needs a job, that's why there're working. Nobody works for fun.
