At least half or more of the COR stores will close or be sold off to AR by the end of 2017. Anyone heard similar?

It will happen. You will start seeing shifts in positions for sales reps to other stores low in head count. Forcing transitions then weeding out positions gradually.
We heard that level 1 and 2 stores will be closing soon
Stores that are profitable will stick around. It won't happen as fast or as much as what you're saying but there will be a shift in that direction for stores losing money.
