Plenty of mobility workers seem unhappy at all levels (SSR, RSC, ASM, RSM). Just gathering if I'm correct in this? Are the COR Mobility employees happy? Yes? No? And why?

You all act like RSC should pay 6 figures and have all the benefits in the world. When did anyone say RSC is meant to be a career? The role is a springboard for growth into a sustainable career.
Lol @ the folks complaining about having to sell in a sales job.
Constant pressure to sell DTV even to homeless people. I hear my managers on a daily basis tell me that everyone has entertainment needs. My store is an extremely slow level 1 and it is very hard to sell anything let alone wired. I have been with the company for over three years but I started at another location. Looking for a new job.
It used to be tolerable until my store converted a bunch of the newer reps to part time so now all the less seniored reps hardly ever close and I'm stuck closing most days now after being with the company for years, not sure how paying for part time tuition and allowing them to work the slowest shift 10am-2pm makes business sense?
I agree with this guy.
lol @ happy
no sick days
constant pressure to sell more and more items
fear of store closures
Yes I am happy. It's a job that pays well and puts food on the table. I'm grateful for what I have. There are way worse jobs out there and some have no job at all.

Duh No....next silly question
Of course no one is happy. All you have to do is sell everything. What's the problem?? AR is the same way. Get used to it.
Get real buddy it's AT&T no one is happy but Randy....
