you get request to have extra time paid or given as vacation. Stop trying to ruin a good thing.
A big step backwards, I would not trust employers to fairly implement something like.
I think that most employees want the extra cash to pay bills because many employers are too cheap to pay their employees a livable wage. This bill is nothing more than to stiff employees out of money they earn. Congratulations to the anti-worker GOP.
