Since when has PIP been at 80%? I missed by one line and got PIP'ed several months ago.
B2B MP's were instructed on changes to Scorecard approx 12 days ago. Some MP's gave the news and held team calls in middle of Lowell's webcast that Fri. Scary times coming with B2B being held hostage to missed performance on the retail side. Quotas far above sustainable seem to be norm now. Hold on to your hats and keep that resume updated. That premium Linked In license might be good for something after all if you take advantage before the Company cuts the cord.

Some managers let it slip to other reps that PIP qualification is changing from 80% to 100%. When I asked in the huddle if our sm was going to explain it to us, she said she didn't have anything concrete about it but after the meeting on Wednesday she could explain all of the changes that were coming...
Down south news is something's coming for sure, just not sure what. A lot of people are saying bottom 20%, I've heard bottom 30% for SS. That will come just not sure if it's what we'll see in May or not. Other rumors are Mall locations closing which is already happening. My best bet is either ss or retail stores closing. I'm getting nervous myself because I've been trying to get on with a sales position myself somewhere so I'm nervous they'll be cutting the very jobs I was gonna apply for.
