AT&T moving entertainment division leaders to Los Angeles

AT&T is moving the nucleus of its entertainment division from Atlanta to the Los Angeles area.
The telecom will move about 300 of its employees from Atlanta to Los Angeles suburb of suburb El Segundo and to its headquarters in Dallas, according AdWeek.
Location does not make a sucesful company * the wannabe never was
It's smart business to move employees from a low cost of living metro like Atlanta to one of the same CoL like Dallas or a far more expensive metro like LA? LA's actually been losing out on movie and entertainment to Atlanta in the past few years, and if AT&T and TW come together, CNN and much of the Turner portfolio are based in Atlanta (some of which are right on the other side of 75/85 from the AT&T Peachtree offices).
Just doesn't make sense why Atlanta would be losing out.
In my opinion Smart strategic move. What is Atlanta known for?
