DE-UNIONIZED!!

I think it's a good time to get this movement going. The CWA is not what once was. It's so funny how they threaten me when I start talking about this during our meetings. They know that they're not doing crap for us. They're happy collecting our union dues but bend over once big bad AT&T comes after them lol.

The anti-union frenzy seems to be escalating, I wonder what the union is doing right for these clowns to be crawling out from under their rocks this way.

Union is better because we are stronger together than as individuals.

What is interesting is how the troll misspells words and tries to come across as marginally literate, obviously he thinks that is how he best communicates with those stupid people who are in the union. The arrogance is stunning.

No one has to be in the union thanks to right to work. I completely understand if you want to be a burden on your co-workers. much easier to get some integrity and quit the union shop. 93% of the private sector is non-union. I hear McDonald's is hiring.

I got out of the stoopid "union" a looooonngg time ago and haven't regretted it yet. And I am not a "kiss-a--". I simply do my job and continue without having an additional $800-$1200 taken from me for a group that is doing NOTHING.

Then when they endorsed a self proclaimed SOCIALIST for president, I was REALLY thnkful to NOT be supporting the CWA

Randy, how much do you think deunionizing would increase your bonus?

Would you hit $29,000,000?

How many hours of forced overtime do you have now versus when Appendix J was created for this new title? I'll answer for you, much less. In the past, when on night tour I'd watch prem techs cleaning out their truck at 1:00 am getting ready for the next day at 8:00 am. 60 plus hours a week were the norm, and I don't mean 60 plus hours in the cubicle or being available via email either. I saw them being dispatched to an install at 8:45 pm at night, only to have the customer chew their a-- for knocking on the door so late, and send them way. The next a-- chewing was from their spineless manager that morning for missing an install. This is the kind of crap the union fights against, but don't expect everything to happen within a few contracts. Yes, the union is not perfect OR all powerful, but if you think you can get a better deal on your own from the ever so benevolent AT&T, please post your progress here for us to learn from.

The union is the only thing that protects you from the company. This company is a monster, you'd be much worse off without one. How exactly does the CWA roll over tho?You just won a grievance strike in California and Nevada. They beat the company at their game. Port swaps and pair changes were given away long ago in Illinois which is represented by the IBEW. So before posting silly statements like De-unionize, be more informed. If you think you would be better off without the union there are many non-union cable TV companies to work for. Maybe you can find success there.

You can opt out of paying dues FYI......many have done it, many do not pay any. This is fact.
