Heard the rumor that COB Enrollment is starting training on auto dialer systems on 3.27.17. Any truth in this?

Confirmed 4.19.17 in the QC. Thanks for the transparency some 20 plus days after rumors started. UoPX will be transparent when it fits what they are doing. More interviews scheduled, good bye good luck in the neck you bunch of a wholes.
looks like the QC will do new leads then after 4 days the ERs get the old ones. The old ones are the most angry people, good luck. I still am embracing the change, new job or whatever.
We did the training yesterday and a girl on my team is helping test the dialer so, I have seen it in action. It goes live Monday it is for leads not converted in a 96 hour window. We have our schedule and we are only on it one day a week. We still have ACC calls. What does that mean everyone? Settle down, this is not going to be what you think it is. Call me a liar if you want but this is the truth, all SOB ER's should be trained by end of day tomorrow.
We just got notice. This is real. Auto dialer for all ERs .. I would be worried if you still haven't heard about this. Maybe your one to be laid off .

6tqb - Go ahead and take your proposed "action". Make sure your resume is up to date - you'll need it. You have zero leverage. Even if the QC stays intact, you can be replaced in five minutes by someone willing to do the job for less money.
It's true....I work for a co that use to sell leads to U of PX and they quit buying them a yr ago or so....you are now telemarkers ! To save money and QCC will lose their jobs..good luck !

Unfamiliar faces went out the door. Others to their offices or cubes. Everyone tight lipped. Some supervisors took breaks or lunch together. Office folks got a visit from VP, closed door. No word on what the meeting pertained too.

Goodness only knows any more. Hard to know what's true or false. Several have claimed this to be truth, so I guess we simply have to wait and see.
What ???? We had a memo last month saying the QC is a part of the business model, do not worry. Were we told an untruth??? Come on KJ, what's the deal????

From what I gather, it would seem the new owners are possibly beta testing enrollment counselors being on an auto dialer like a call center. I would tgink this would helo in the streamlining process (Sorry QC), and make the enrollment process smoother. I would also think if the beta goes well, again if any of this is REALLY true, that this will roll out college wide. Counselors would be forced to be on the phone more since there's no true motivation or accountability any longer. This would lead to increased talk time, and new enrollments. PLUS, an auto dialer would need a smaller workforce, and could hopefully lead to work from home positions. Just my $.02.

Got a CAP request this morning for added role of Qualifying Center Rep being added. This seems legit. We are now the new QC added with the same pay..
No word in QC. Of course, the QC is going to be the last to know.
Now we need any news on the QC side to see how upper management spins this
My manager told me April 10th this morning and I got a CAP request for Galaxy Qualitying Rep today too so this appears to be legit.
