Heard the rumor that COB Enrollment is starting training on auto dialer systems on 3.27.17. Any truth in this?

Business College employees will need to confirm. If correct on start date then COB employees would need to know Monday and have a little training. Anything is possible. If true, sorry to all my friends in the QC. The day is nigh at hand.
ADG was on a special project helping the QC. They simply transferred calls out to the floor. What Im referring to is Enrollement in the COB being on an auto dialer (like the QC), BUT WORKING the lead that picks up the phone.
I heard this last week. ADG did this for 2 to 3 months also. Rumor or truth?? Who knows. Business college employees will have to verify.
