PCG is premier client group. PCG handles higher revenue client groups like coca cola and higher revenue enterprise groups.
ATO, Advanced Technical Operations, some number cut for Legacy AT&T (Non previous SBC employee). Some Legacy AT&T employees in a call center. PCG, no clue. That's all I got. Might have been now drinking type post. Hope this helps.
