wish every state would fight like this at&t execs might open there eyes but then again all they see is profit numbers

On Tuesday, the officials — among them San Francisco Supervisors Hillary Ronen and Aaron Peskin, Berkeley Mayor Jesse Arreguin and Santa Clara Mayor Lisa Gillmor — sent a letter to AT&T’s CEO Randall Stephenson and other company executives pledging their support for the workers’ fight “for a fair contract,” and decrying what they described as the company’s failure to provide access to quality communications services, particularly in rural areas, while maintaining high levels of executive pay.
