Thread regarding Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) layoffs

Backstabbers are going to get theirs. In HPE, there are so many weaklings they have to resort to backstabbing for self-preservation

Man, you don't even care about human hurt (children, households). What goes around comes back around. It will be so funny when it happens to you.

Hey, not to get all “spiritually superior” on y’all… Sidelight, there’s a pretty-funny JP Sears video about that out at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1kDso5ElFRg (about “Being Ultra Spiritual”… his best, in my humble opinion; he’s got lots more).

But I’m trying to forgive… Not sure how much success, here. I think that’s a “shades and degrees” thing, not “yes/no”. But I think there’s a “grace” thing along with the “karma” thing. In semi-New-Agey speak, “grace” means that if you really-sincerely regret the bad things you’ve done, understand thoroughly WHY they were bad things, and firmly resolve NOT to do it again, then in “grace”, the Universe gives a cheat / bypass to karma. I have at least gotten to the point where I hope that the offenders find “grace”, so they won’t have to suffer… Short of grace, though, these slime-balls are going to have to suffer what they dished out, in order to learn! Bring it ON!

I saw a co-worker slamming an absent co-worker at staff meeting, in front of the boss and everyone. Clueless boss merely said something (almost word for word) like, “Well, I’m glad we all feel free to speak our minds”. That’s how bad it was as of a few years ago.

Sometimes “karma” will getcha in our lifetime… I feel lucky to see it when it happens. Other times, it will be, next lifetime. But sometimes the within-our-lifetime karma isn’t nice to behold at all! I knew a boss in the old-old CPQ days; He was a world-class jerk and hypocrite! But I actually envied him a wee tad… All that money and POWER! Huh! “Be careful who you envy”, I say! His young wife (who had a young child too) wasn’t good enough for Mr. Big Deal… He had to sleep around at work! … So his wife committed suicide. I cringe as I write it… Wouldn’t wish that on ANYONE!

Oh, but hey, one last thought… When (not if, but when) HPE’s demise goes into yet higher gear, they’ll be shedding employees like no one’s business. Following the 80% / 20% rule, by that time, 80% of those being let go will be the blood-bath-surviving back-stabbers, with 20% innocent, perhaps. Other employers will start to become aware of this… Currently, HPE on your recent resume still looks good, I am told. Give it some time, and it will NOT, for this reason! So a smart rat will desert this sinking ship soon! But I do feel bad for the innocent (wild guess) 20% here…

I got a harpoon stuck in my back. Age, pay, past run ins with clowns etc put me on the list. It is so sad how people treat each other. As the human race goes its very toxic to work at HPE or DXC for that case. The indian factor is just so pathetic. What a stigma to now overcome.

yeah I agree, HPE is going to sink big time for the lies and deception. You can't bring it with you at the end.
