Most people got 1% raise. Seemed to be the norm in preparing to take over TW.

is the individual performance incentive an excuse to reduce your pay raise by 1%?
the incentive is a one time thing meanwhile the raise would remain as long as you stay in the company
Funny about this comment, Our area manager said today that morale it is at all times high, may be she is on something... LOL
