The transitions are coming to avoid layoffs
It is very surprising. Normally, around this time of the year, rumors of layoffs are spreading everywhere but not this March. Not sure wha is going on??
Birmingham Alabama here waiting and living quarter to quarter. Unfortunately, that's the way life is now at AT&T. Zero sense of job security.
AT&T is one of Fortune's 100 best companies to work for. Partially based on a survey of randomly selected employees. We the employees should create a website and each share our (good or bad) honest opinion of AT&T and highlights or lowlights of our career. There is not a site that employees as a whole can voice opinions but many sites that you can voice opinions individually. Hmmmmmmmm I wonder why.

Maybe, it seems similar lay off talk happens ever y year after the holidays. Just seemed more serious this time since ASMs were let go. Our store is over head count still for RCSs so we will see what happens soon. Southeast
