All the layoffs are in wireless now because they're the mismanaged stepchildren back in the doghouse after being subsidized by wireline for years. Everybody and their grandpa said the bottom was going to fall out of cellphones eventually.

Keep in mind that February 2017 had the lowest number of layoffs in last 44 years (since March 1973)
