"Surplus" is corporate spin for putting American workers on the street so they can offshore the work and fatten their bonuses.
Only idiots working at ATO at this time, "the unemployable ones" and the management team cesspool of corruption.
Quiet on the TP&E side of ATO today. Though A few VPs in TP&E have made comments in the past month that they do not foresee any surpluses this year for their teams. We will see....
I suspect they are cutting US jobs with one hand and offshoring that work with the other.

I heard the number is around 700 to 900 Staff. They, of course know the number, but danced around it. That number came from a little birdy.
We were told 5% reduction in C&E
