Verizon Retail has been slamming accounts for years. You've seen it and turned a blind eye. It's time to file complaints with compliance before we become Wells Fargo. Go to your local HR or call compliance and report your managers and co-works. Stop letting people cheat that will destroy our company! Fraudulent Hums and Tablets will bring us down! Gaming the system for metrics to meet a number. We're being told to commit fraud to prop up the numbers! It's not too late! We need to start talking!

Been happening for years. The only thing new is that other sales aren't strong enough to cover it up any more.
It's VerLIEzon. Who cares stores have outlived their usefulness anyways.
Verizon Sr Mgmt and execs require that their minions lie to them That way they can lie to the Board, Wall St, and stockholders .... to make everything sound great.
And when the lies are exposed, well they can blame it on the sub-culture so they can be held harmless.
It's the way of the world ....
