The layoffs in 2016 and 2017 don't appear on the state unemployment websites. How is that possible and what games are they playing to hide the layoffs from public view? Is Randall paying someone off to get the benefit of cuts without the negative press? No journalist will report layoffs if they not on the a state unemployment site. What is going on here?

no, any corporation over 100 people has to report layoffs to the US department of labor and give 60 days notice to the employees. they have given the 60 day notices to the employees but have failed to notify the department of labor.
I have heard that any number under 500 does not have to be reported.
Isnt the legal requirement to report is if the total number at one place is over x amount? so the spread it out to not have to report.
I think Randy might be violating the Code of Business Conduct with the constant stream of lies and dishonesty. Maybe HR should be alerted?
Yes they are very crafty when it comes to this topic. Usually, the company propositions an employee with the "resign and be rehireable/continue and be fired nonrehireable" tactic. Think it's crazy? Think that T doesn't have a hidden agenda using this tactic? Your wrong. Most individuals I know have accepted resignation. Thus, covering up layoffs/surplus. T has reduced costs of its training programs for COR retail (that I can speak for) because I've been employeed for over 15 years with the company (COR). It's cheaper for them to force resignation and hire PT employee. Training WAS a full two weeks at an ATT site. Now it has been reduced to a day here, then store, then a few days here. We all have and will be judged one day for our actions, our selfless acts of greed. T along with other greedy deluded aspects of corporate America, ONE DAY, will burn in hell. I want front row seats.
