If you live in California you are entitled to waiting time penalties if they paid you a day later than Mar 31. Other states, you should have gotten the paycheck by April 6 for the next pay period.
In California commissions are considered earnings due to you on Mar 31. I know they don't plan paying March Commission to anyone til May 6.
If you live in Cali, you can claim waiting time penalties up to 30 days of your average salary/hourly + commission with the DLSE because they are paying you earnings late.
This is work, but can be worth the payout. After all. You got laid off and prob need the money.
