Manager layoffs

Seems you never hear about manager layoffs - when are they going to have a mass layoff?

My financial planner said that he had converted quite a few manager's 401Ks over to IRAs over the past couple of years. They are getting laid off too.

I read some of these posts and I have to chuckle. I just retired with over 40 years of service. Half of that time was in the field as both a technician and then a manager of technicians. The same pissing and moaning and general complaining is the same on these pages as it was back in the 70's and 80's -- nothing changes. "management s---s", "we don't need them", "let's strike", etc etc. Typical knuckle dragging negative comments. No solutions -- just pissing and moaning.

Most of the managers at T do not know how to manage anyway. They rely on 'scare tactics' as a formidable way of management. Bad idea, I know that it may be the company directive but it's getting you nowhere and you all are stupid enough to sit on your high horse and think T is going to take care of you. Most manager are destined to be just that, manager for there entire career. Pathetic, we all need to find 'real' jobs anyway.
