Verizon's CEO Open to Deal Talks With Comcast, Disney
Verizon Communications Inc. is considering merger possibilities to reset the course of the company given the fast-changing structure of the industry, and would be open to talks with Comcast Corp., Walt Disney Co. or CBS Corp., said CEO Lowell McAdam. VZ im trouble...cant service the huge debt they have accumulated, cant sustain the dividend, bleeding customers on wireless side, stoppes expansion of Fios, huge flops in go90.
What else is there to do but be brought up?

Plus Verizon already has Scrooge McDuck working for them so Disney makes a lot of sense.
Comcast won't be allowed to take Disney has they already own NBCU. FCC would probably quash the deal. Verizon taking Disney would counterbalance Comcast and be easier to get by the regulators.
Comcast has a different idea.
