From what I'm feeling there will be cuts made to both the SM and SS positions and if you are on displinary action, you will be gone. DM has already let on on this, it will also be done according to store productivity which is down all around with the stupid quotas and a 40% reduction in traffic over the past 2 years. They want to know why numbers are down? Customers are waiting for a sale, last time this year we had numerous BOGO offers, now nothing.....

5 star calls don't work because cold calls don't work. I never got a single sale from 5 star and after a while would just go in back and pretend I made the calls. 5 star should be structured as warm calls to your customers that your store has dealt with personally for options of added devices and keep their payments at no more than a 10% increase. That's a system we use at my new job for services and I been closing deals left and right.
But they tell you to make 5 star calls and that will get the 50+ customers per day your store is off to come in. Hard to keep motivated when the quota is so high and there is no way to make good money any more.
