I was in both, I can tell without hesitation that this is not a company for achievers, , both are toxic, the union makers you average, and Management can be hazardous for your health, Here's why I had one director boss who would never turn down a request from upper management, ever.

Since you are an all knowing, and very wise memeber of the management team now. Can you please share some of the things you would do if you were in charge of the union? I assume under your leadership you would have gotten a contract ages ago.....but how? Management and non-union are being surplused and outsourced also oh AT&T koolaid drinking sage. So what are your pointers? Ready, set, GO!
Having now been on both sides of the union .. first as craft now as management .. I can with great confidence say that the CWA is completely incompetent. Employees of the company deserve fair contracts but your union is fighting the wrong battles and making your contracts weaker. They're collecting union dues while your members are being surplused at alarming rates. We all know T wants to part ways with the wireline network and it's the CWA's job to ensure its members have a job for the future and they're not doing that right now.
U R such a jokester
April's fools is over, this union is a bust!
Thats not what the rumour said. They said AT&T will move forward with dropping wireline.
Just stop. No one believes you.
