Anyone heard anything about Nationals or Locals lately? I know this channel had been shuffled around in the past. Hoping nothing comes up in the near future as I've only been in Nationals for 6 months after 6.5 in retail (csr, ss, sm) and I'd hate to see this position go as I like it much more than retail.

If new wireless leadership comes from a country that prepaid dominates... maybe the fact that Indirect is a variable cost, and retail is not makes indirect a "safe" position. Account managers monitor the stock and negotiate product placement that no Anderson rep will do making minimum wage. There's no lights to keep on and 1 account manager for 25 doors is sure cheaper than the overhead of a corporate store.
AT&T eliminated their indirect channel and outsourced it all.
If that is not writing in the wall, I don't know what is.
