Just got told VSP offered to some techs in Ft Worth TX but not to all Texas techs. Anyone aware of this?

A VSP is a buyout offer to voluntarily leave the company. In the state I work it is 30,500 for craft. I'm not sure the rate in Texas
A surplus is always preceded with a sipp.
