So I'm guessing no raises again this year? Has anyone heard anything?

Same rate of pay meaning if we work 40 hours our hourly check will equal our salary check? Or are they cutting our pay to account for the overtime they expect us to work so at the end of the year we should make the same as we did salaried once overtime is added in?
How long before we're cut down to 32 hours per week...

More money? Doubtful. Blood pressure? Likely to raise that. Everybody do more with less please. Can't cut family dividends or number of VPs!
This was confirmed by Ray Griffin at last November's town hall. No raises in FY18.
Did you seriously expect one? I am sure all the vps & svps will be getting theirs & bonuses but not us little guys.
