PTO

So anyone else see the PTO memo? Now we only get 3 days PTO. When I started here over 5 years ago we had 5, then 4, now 3. Guess this is one more way to save money at the expense of the employee. Nothing boosts moral like taking away personal time

When a company does not value their employees, they don't care what the impact is to morale with the many benefit cuts.

Super easy to get that extra day back when working in the stores. Just wait for your RM to be on vacation and don't come in/work a full day....

When I started in 2005 it was only 3. Then it was 4 because of some holidays falling on weekends every once in a while. Then it was 3 again. Then 4 permanently. Now back to 3. Meh, just let it ride and stack your work time so you can skip days in the store at the end or beginning of the week. That's what I do to maximize days off.
