Verizon real Estate

Any idea why verizon real estate would come into a mall location currently still open?

I don't know if that is the case. They have been visiting call centers, network switches and office spaces across the country over the past few months. I think they are looking at spending some capital to improve our locations. Or at least that is how it was explained to us at one of our network locations.

Do you really have to ask that question? It seems pretty obvious why.

Yes they would be looking at size, etc. number of employees as part of when they consolidated the Call Centers they looked at consolidating some offices in Connecticut to take up space in Wallingford. Eliminating rents/leases is another way to reduce costs so would assume be along the same lines.
