Thread regarding Verizon Communications Inc. layoffs

Verizon Leadership doesn't believe in their Code of Business Conduct - it's all a sham

Recorded of Verizon representive during deposition involving Verizon v Dias (1:10-cv-10496):

"the Verizon Business Code of Conduct is just a guideline and downgraded the significance of the Verizon rules as it not to be taken seriously"

If anyone truly believes they have a legitimate EEOC case against Verizon you may want to contact Neal Dias

Verizon is just coming off of a 3 year Consent Decree with the EEOC. They were fined 20 million dollars, the largest fine ever in EEOC history for multiple ADA violations of its employees. Just google "verizon consent decree" for more info. The leadership @ Big Red really doesn't give a rats a$$ about you.
