If you are one of those reps that likes to b--ch and complain about numbers and can't hit a 1.0 because you really just lack salesmanship, freshen up those resumes because your next on the chopping block.

Work on DEVELOPING your salesmanship skills, you got about 1-2 months to pick it up or be let go.

Or maybe look to applying to Best Buy since all you can do is take orders, at least the Indirect Account Manager will have someone to work with and buy you pizza for hitting numbers!

Oh, and if you have any sort of Write-up/DC that isn't falling off in the coming months there is a 90% chance you will also be let go, regardless of performance.

Jobs are precious for sure. I actually like my job. I hope we can turn this sh-- around not only for me but for all the rest of my teammates. Today was hard.

I'm not trying to bash anyone, this is a wakeup call. I lost a lot of good friends today, people who taught me everything I know. But what's done is done. If you're not going into work everyday like it's your last, then you're already too far gone to be saved.
