NO IDEA WHAT I DO? The disconnect and divide between the higher up's in this company and the workers is UNBELIEVABLE!

They did get rid of VLSS. Quite awhile ago actually.
They ARE removing the waste.

VLSS is there to figure out how to get rid of more people. Remove the "waste".
