Was told about an hour ago that May 5th will be the last day for all RSS. We can take severance or we can apply for another position in the company. I can't wait to see the solutions managers try and run the Ops stuff, I'm told that's the plan. Best of luck to all my fellow RSS people, we all know how vital our position was to each of our stores.

I was part of the Nov 2016 cuts as an ES and was told the same either take sev or reapply. Trust me there is life after this company and I've never been happier.
Just got the call on my day off. Great day to find out. I'm in SE and from my understanding May 5th is the last day. Had no clue it was coming. Sick to my stomach.
We were told we could take today off as paid and take time to think but official last day for the position is May 5 at least in our market.
I was told today at 10am. I knew it was coming from this website. I feel sick to my stomach to those who knew nothing. In the Southwest Area RSS's were told today was their last day...I was told May 5 (I'm in the Great Lakes area), I will ask for clarification tomorrow.
That's horrible. Our stores don't run without you guys. You guys are seriously what makes our stores run. At least in my district. Best of luck to you.
