sipp isn't done in the west....you don't know what your talking about. Senior Mst will clear 200K to retire if they take the offer.
"Buyout" dream on... you'll get offered a sipp ( supplemental income protection plan) per contract to the group that declares a surplus. Subtract those who take it from the total surplus and the balance gets axed. Buyout is a privilege.
