Ive been at this bottom,performing store as an rsr for a couple months recently got transfferred . my store is at a mall,location and is conisdered under performing should I be worried

If you're an RSS you won't have a job regardless of your store. Not sure about the stores tho.
Also in a mall location but very high on the leader board will matter at all? The store is level C so I feel like indirect will take it over but what happens to the reps in the store who aren't under performing?
