I am relatively new as of December, came off ramp up in February and hit a 1.1 multiplier, then last month barely hit my new and didn't hit my renewals or bucket. I'm worried I could be on the chopping block. It's an A level store with 11 reps. Can anyone comment what they've heard about SS?

If you are in the bottom 20% you should have known you have been a target for separation long before any of this happened. Shame on you for being mediocre.
If its the bottom 20% good riddance. Seriously you have to literally not try at your job to be that bad. Those people make life harder for the team. As for you bud I wouldn't worry. I'm sure there's plenty of tenure reps that are 100x worse making great hourly money.

As a gm I can tell you we have had no part of the process and really have no idea what's really happening until we get the info. Any decisions made were made above us.
It won't be up to your manager at store level, they already know who. There's a chance you'll be ok because Verizon is paying you a higher salary it really comes down to veterans who don't perform and have higher base pay, but u never know
Also will mention I have been a bad fit for my store culture so worried they will use this as an opportunity to get rid of me
