Will there be a reduction of elimination for RSS staff? What about Field Ops?

I don't understand how field ops continues to survive. A bunch of lifers milking a cushy job. Running around with their "busy work" off with their heads already.
RSS are all gone. Management staff will be forced to pick up the do all back office duties.
Everything is pointing to an elimination. Considering the fact that some regions don't even have the position, they never allowed open spots to be backfilled, and they've cut similar positions in the past when they've had layoffs, the position seems as good as dead.
