It seems that mostly wireless is getting hit. So far only rumors of RIFFS and an EISP on the wireline side. If anyone has information....please post.

Wireline had recent cuts about 2 months ago. Lost 5 plus a manager in my group alone.

@1els ever look at the wireless employees? They remind me of a smug teenager so yeah, I agree, go work for crumbcast, they love butchers.
Wireline is hiring so if you'd like to bring your "skills" to the Wireline side of the industry please do so ......but would you kindly take your expertise and knowledge to a competitor of Verizon. We would appreciate you using what brought down the Wireless side of our company to our competitors.

Wireline is already pretty thin so probably a small one but nothing huge. The reason wireless is getting slammed is they were very thick and with growth down and competition growing it's time to cut.
Wireless is saturated and Zero percent growth left in it......Wireline side is growing not rumored but FACT!

We just hired 100 people in my department on the wireline side so I doubt it.
