The ultimate objective of big corporations is to be rid of human employees altogether. Already the technology exists to do every job humans do...EVERY JOB. Doubt that? Then you're not up to date with your information.

The time is not a distant future, it is here and now. And it has caught the entitled, sleepy eyed masses unaware until the day they get called in to see HR. I dont care what your job is or how long you've "served."

And neither do corporations. We are not living in 1960's Mayberry anymore. Time to wake up and smell the Java. The world has changed and no amount of upgrading of skills will make a human competitive with a machine that needs no paycheque, benefits, or sleep.

It does not need an HR dept to coddle it, complain when asked to work overtime, or go on sick leave.

The corridor politics thrive to level where mutual goals are unachievable, Directors prefer yes-men than specialists disruptors , Feeling like decisions makers deliberately sabotaging the company, or they're just don't know what they are doing - they firing too much people that really and honestly work, and leaving those useless clerks and managers.

Poor future judgement and no concurrency at half year resolution, in what path a company should take.

Company's goal it's surely is quantity, but certainly not quality.
