Got good info that Cricket ISEs and AT&T BAEs, SELs and ARSLs are all gone by Q2 2018. This is not some troll post but just good for people to prepare for the future. Appreciated the heads up i got some time ago from this site (turned out to be 100% true) and returning the favor.

Point taken what happens to the market employees SEM CHM DOSO when there are no support people? Guess ARSMs will be handling everything No more sales stupid
@MAJD8Rv-4akg apologies that was poorly worded on my part. SELs are needed of course and they are appreciated by who they support but that is the company's view. its just they can have someone in HQ do them for more people as Retail doors close and they filter more requests up the chain through AR.
You obviously don't know anything about what a SEL does maybe the job is vulnerable but it is definitely needed
Have not heard anything about the ARSMs, just the ARSLs. Not a troll but it seems trolls call others trolls. All of these jobs are vulnerable. Just use your head for a second. BAE job is being done by COR RSCs, AR doors and AR BAES now. Cricket ISEs will follow the path of the AT&T RAEs. ARSLs and SELs are redundant and not needed. You'll see the writing on the wall when hot chicks and brown noses start getting new positions. You'll have 2-3 months left before the surplus announcement when that happens.

ARSM/ARSML/ARSL whatever you want to call them, are typically float around to replace absent managers area managers that are either on vacation or leave.
Recently they have been used to pander about Dlife or Directv.

Allegedly, the entire company is "over head count". Specifically, SE mobility COR is over 40 RSCs. Only way they can do it is to close stores. I know for a fact that people were hired last year as a "rover" so, maybe it's a last hired first fired thing. S---s either way.
Seen so many shady kiss butt rscs get promoted then become kiss butt asms. Slamming accounts, outright lies to customers, false DTV churn, and doing every thing possible to make sure they look good on paper. Customer's phone doesn't work, no insurance, 8 month's til upgrade, upgrades them anyway saying nothing is wrong with the phone.
They hired RAEs, NRFRs and RAMS and let some of them move across the country, sign leases and sell homes 1-2 months before they laid off those positions
My question for the company is: IF this is true, why the F--- would they keep on hiring and firing ARSLs? ARSLs dont DO anything and they are just the DOS's b--ch. They should rename ARSL to "DOS Jr". Hate to say it, but theyre all stupid anyway...Not to mention they just know how to s--- up to get a position. Especially the females......
