If there are FMLA investigators then they are not in Chicago because the amount of abuse that goes on around here is unfathomable. They know about abusers but do nothing but put more pressure on the people that actually show up for work, the managers won't say a word since those techs aren't worth a single f--- so they get better results with them off.

Well if someone is an FMLA abuser I hope they get followed and harassed, I hope they get fired, if you don't like your job and abuse the system and force your team to be constantly short staffed so you can go shopping, partying or working your second job, I hope you get everything coming to you. I hate people like that. They make it harder on the rest of us. And how come the company doesn't require documentation when you use FMLA for "family"? Those people just call in whenever they want or come and go as they please, trust me, I'm no att lover...I am no troll, just drives me crazy managing these people.

Let's just say it wasn't an FMLA case, but a company negligence case that could cost the company millions if it gets class action status. The powers that be knew they were jeopardizing employees and did nothing. Of course, Big Brother gets wind that people are snoopind around and evidence is being collected and voila! Your car suddenly gets broken into, yet your money, wallet and other valuables are still there, but SOMETHING is missing.

Why would they break into your car? What are they looking for? If you're out on FMLA it just goes my make sense, but I'm not doubting it. What I see on the site at times is appalling!
FMLA stands for Family Medical Leave Act and yes they will break into your car. They don't ask permission and don't do anything legal. You're obviously very ignorant of what Big Brother can do. They have more dirty tricks up their sleeves than a magician. And I said, this came directly from someone whose car was broken into. For future legal reasons I can't go into particulars except to say Big Brother has lots of dirty secrets it doesn't want exposed.
They can't break into your vehicle, only look inside with your permission. And would have to have some kind of probable cause to do so .

Are you a FMLA abuser? I know, for a fact that the company does follow suspected FMLA abusers. I also know, for a fact, they have broken into employees vehicles while they were parked on company property. Big Brother AT&T is everywhere. That's why I don't use the company Wifi connection on my cellphone while I'm at work. I assume the company is watching all the time. If they get any sniff that you might be filing complaints with government agencies such as OSHA and EEOC, expect to get the extra special treatment of servalence, break-ins and even phone tapping. Not trying to scare anyone, just giving first-hand experience facts. Watch over your shoulder and watch who you talk to and what you tell them.

The company has the right to monitor your activities at work.
All you have to do is line your windows with tin foil and stay inside! It's working for me, however our HOA is now harassing us.
