Not sure what a soccer player has to do with the next CEO but we don't really follow much soccer in America anyway. The reference was lost on us.

Antonio has been joining Meg in the earnings calls and she is clearly positioning him as "the" spokesperson for the company to get the investor community familiar with him.. so he is 95% certain to be the CEO
