Dude was fired. Apparently that office had other issues too (outside of the meme) with other women of color. I'd be interested to know what it's like there now. And if there still blocking certain cultural programming with women and women of color.

It's defending racism. Our current political climate has made it ok at least we know who is who now.
And I work in a very diverse dept and we have very candid conversations after hours and at lunch about everything under the sun. And I can tell you racist jokes and memes aren't funny or tolerated.
I'm from a diverse urban area so maybe it's different in some of the more backward parts of the country.
What are you defending racism? This is a work environment. Save your jokes for personal time
oh come on people... who hasn't told a racist joke or felt different about other cultures.. No culture is innocent of this.. I would bet the farm that the lady who turned him in had similar thoughts about white people. If you don't believe this.. then you're ignorant.
This wasn't just about the racist meme, it was also about the terrible racist culture. I read the original filing and this slator also blocked African American content and made insensitive racial comments in the office place.
I've moved files from LRO equipment hundreds maybe thousands of times from the top to the bottom and I never looked through their crap because it's wrong and it takes time and effort.
That jerk head assistant went and looked through salators files looking for something. Scumbag, she should have been fired.
