Hi, I was inquiring to see if anyone knows if Sr. Train Mgr Delivery positions are currently in surplus.
Their positions say, "Temporary" in front of their titles in Webphone.

They usually dont durplus trainers on the landline n uverse side of the house because very few people can travel 100% of the time. Trainers who don't travel ate the ones at risk
ATT University will be cut soon also... plus if you're a white straight male, the chance of getting in there is slim to none. Don't carry about s-x, gender, etc... but it's dominated by unmarried women.. and another part.. supposedly there is a lot of travel so not great if you have kids. Look elsewhere...

These are prem tech/wire tech craft employees. They are being brought in to training centers on temporary assignments to teach U/Verse and DTV to new hires. A select few have been promoted in the Southeast but most have been sent back after a one year assignment. They all are required to complete all management training to include instructor academy certification so expect to see some training to be conducted in house at local work centers by these folks in lieu of travel to a regional training center.
