Website to Access W2

I was laid off in December of 2015 and received my severance payout in 2016. Does anyone know the website I can go to in order to access my paystub and W2 information for 2016?

Thank you!

I have tried getting into work history and no success. It’s such a hassle getting things online lately!

I just called VZW payroll at 800 932 7947.
Prompted to enter Employee ID number, which I did not have on hand.
A very nice rep answered after I pressed "0".
I went through verification questions including SS#, First and Last name of previous Supervisor, Job Title, and Month and Year of separation.
They emailed a link to register for a Cisco "Registered Envelope Service" service, to send a secured document (2016 W2 form). You need to access this email attachment on a PC, not a mobile device.
Hopefully this helps. Posted 4/15/2020

It says through the work history site it says, if your not signed up for electronic delivery, then they will be mailed on January 27th.

When I go into the work history site it's asking for my windows ID. Do I use the login that I used to use as an employee? It sure would have helped if HR had provided any exit information to us.

You must contact equifax, directly, and request your W-2, by law your company supposed to do that , but they can't care less about your situation
