Anyone hear the latest rumor? After they did such a fantastic job of boefing so many crucial employees last year (many of whom are now being paid more money to come back as consultants), boef is now in charge of figuring out why the hell so many people keep leaving voluntarily. "But the job market is bad! People shouldn't be leaving here until we tell them it's time to leave!!"
Lol. This place gets better and better every day. And by better and better, I mean worse and worse.
IT, or ahem, TIS, is now middle-management wasteland. Managers lock themselves aways for days on end strategizing how to keep themselves relevant while the few shop-floor technical staff remaining waste away pushing limp rope through the Accenture clusterf**k. It'll be comical once the Spectra round of layoffs snipe out the last few worker-bees and then watch as we try to integrate companies and keep the lights on.

Videos WOW - Spectra would have answered this in a 100 page PowerPoint presentation, but if you flip through the deck real fast it sort of looks like a video.
Surely the high paid consultants that designed boef told the RDO to expect a certain amount of attrition. If not, they should spend some money on a fancy video telling people everything is awesome.
