The offer I received was 36000 annual and 7000 at risk from TROC. Their health benefits are horrible for families it would cost 1100 a month plus a high deductible. I need a job but I turned it down I don't trust AT&T anymore and the b.s. we was told on our first call when announcing the cuts is that AT&T is streamlining things to be more productive, more like streamlining things straight to the shi**er

AT&T has been Outsourcing entire segments out to a 3rd party companies for a while now, and while offshoring ATO jobs to other countries to leverage cost advantages as their alegal department had been hit as well, this year the are hiring outside law firms to review contracts instead of maintaining the usual in-house staff /lawyers , to lower costs and take advantage of the vendor's expertise, economies of scale, and large and scalable labor pool, reducing wages and benefits across the business
