It's My Birthday and I expect something big...get your minds out of the gutter.
B2B telesales is consolidating into 1 call center in Tampa . all other centers will be consumer only .
I have heard that B2B will eventually go to stores or even change roles. Has anyone heard anything related to B2B?

Verizon Wireless will be working on more cut backs at the beginning of the year. I work in HR, I will not say my official title, and we are being told that more cut backs will be happening at the beginning of the year to retail, non commission roles across the enterprise and in the HR department.
Persistent rumors I keep hearing are store closures, the elimination of retail support positions and retail management positions. I have heard them from multiple sources but they are still RUMORS AND UNCONFIRMED.
Lowell is going to thank the union for keeping wireline profitable.
