Are stores in danger of losing their ASM TL status with losing 1-2 ASMs and seeing their headcount now being reduced?

Stores are in a lot more danger than that. AT&T is currently looking into severance negiotated buyouts of unionized employees. Once this is done, AT&T will look to sell off majority of its retail locations to authorized dealers. This will reduce overhead costs, while maintaining retail profit. Unless you are in a SM3 location that is producing at an extremely high rate, expect to see your store auctioned off over the course of the next 12 to 24 months.
