Seniority won't save you for long. Pips [performance improvement plans] will be making a comeback as well as an uptick in frequency of tacrs. With dtv integration and fiber expansion they are prepping to weed out those who can't keep up and the union won't do sh!t about it.

Oh the techs cuts are coming! What can save you is your seniority. If you're new to the company I suggest to start looking for another job because the useless union won't be able to save you.
Just wait until you're integrated with DirecTV Field Services. It's starting this year and it's going to be a complete sh-- show.
